MANAGEMENT

Alfred Chia

CEO
 Alfred graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree. Alfred also holds the professional qualifications of Certified Financial Planner and Fellow Chartered Financial Planner.

With more than 16 years experience in the financial planning industry, Alfred has in-depth knowledge and vast experience in providing financial solutions to both individual and corporate clients.

He was a corporate trainer for insurance companies conducting a wide range of training courses before he moved into agency building. During his years in agency management, Alfred has recruited and developed many high-producing representatives, including numerous MDRT and Court of Table qualifiers.

A firm believer of training and life-long learning, Alfred constantly develops innovative systems for his financial consultants so that they can stay ahead of the competition and deliver the maximum value to their customers.

He has developed a proprietary Mortgage Planning and Training System that can empower SingCapital advisers to help clients navigate the intricacies of different loan packages on the suitability of their mortgages based on their financial capabilities. He believes that if you can manage your mortgage which is the biggest liability for most, you can achieve financial freedom with greater ease.

Alfred has also trained over 1,000 property agents and financial planners in the area of mortgage planning. His views and insight knowledge on mortgage financial planning are often sought after by the media.

He has also developed unique Business Advisory System to help companies diagnose problems so that solutions can be customized. Many business owners and companies had benefited from such consultancy services. He also works closely with EDC@ASME to reach out to various companies to provide business solutions.


Kenny Low

GENERAL MANAGER
 Kenny Low is the General Manager and Head of Compliance. Prior to joining SingCapital, Kenny completed 10 years of service with an established local Financial Advisory firm as General Manager and Compliance officer.

During that time he was instrumental in its development from a life insurance broker to an established Financial Advisory firm. He was also involved in it's regional business development mainly in Malaysia and Thailand.

Edmund Baker		 While corporate governance is an established norm these days in many companies, SingCapital adds an additional element to this, namely "ensuring continued transparency in all dealings with our clients". These clients are our internal clients, namely our staff and our external clients, the business partners and consumers alike.
